PURPOSE The purpose of this study was to compare six methods of root canal filling in primary mandibular second molars via digital radiography. METHODS A total of 239 canals were prepared and obturated with zinc-oxide eugenol paste. Obturation methods compared were: anesthetic syringe; NaviTip syringe; pressure syringe; tuberculin syringe; lentulo spiral; and packing with a plugger.
