OBJECTIVE To compare the outcomes of mini-percutaneous nephrolithotomy (m-PCNL) and retrograde intrarenal surgery (RIRS) in treating renal stones in preschool-aged children. MATERIALS AND METHODS Forty-five patients treated with m-PCNL and 32 patients treated with RIRS for renal stones were compared retrospectively.
