In this study, we compared the analytical method of electrochemiluminescence immunoassay (ECLIA) with high performance liquid chromatography (HPLC) which is the standard method for the quantification of vitamin D (25OHD) in serum of 70 samples obtained from routine checkup clinic at the National Cancer Institute, Bangkok, between July and August 2012.
