OBJECTIVE To evaluate the efficacy of aerosolized adrenaline compared to inhaled beta(2) agonists in the treatment of acute asthma in the emergency setting. DATA SOURCES MEDLINE, EMBASE, CINAHI, and Cochrane databases, review articles, and references of included trials.
