OBJECTIVE Compare the caloric vestibular test (CVT) and the video head impulse test (vHIT) in the evaluation of Meniere's disease (MD) and to analyze their diagnostic accuracy. MATERIALS AND METHODS Retrospective review of CVT and vHIT performed in MD patients at a tertiary care referral center in Spain. RESULTS A total of 88 patients were reviewed.
