Some physicochemical characteristics of corticosteroid binding globulin (CBG) in several species have been determined. Molecular radii were determined from Ferguson plots and were used in conjunction with sedimentation coefficients determined by sucrose density gradient centrifugation to calculate the molecular weights of the CBG.
