[Objective] To investigate the impact of puffing concocted pinellia polysaccharide content. [Method] Using phenol-sulfuric acid method,polysaccharide content of pinellia raw goods and puffed products were determined,extraction condition was optimized by using single factor experiment method.[Result] The results showed that polysaccharide content of pinellia raw goods is 12. 88%.
