The purpose of this study was to evaluate the rutin content and radical scavenging activity of the leave and fruit extracts of Morinda citrifolia (Noni). The preparation and evaluation of tablets containing the Noni leaf and fruit extracts were also aimed. In this study, the leaves and fruits of Noni were prepared by maceration technique.
