There is growing demand for routine identification of actionable mutations in clinical cancer specimens. Genotyping platforms must provide rapid turnaround times and work effectively with limited amounts of formalin-fixed, paraffin-embedded (FFPE) tissue specimens that often yield poor quality DNA.
