PURPOSE A comparative treatment planning study was conducted to analyze combined intensity-modulated radiation therapy (IMRT) vs. three-dimensional highly conformal radiotherapy (3D-hCRT) after (125)I permanent seed brachytherapy in patients with localized prostate cancer.
