Multiblock, backbone degradable HPMA copolymer-drug conjugates containing gemcitabine and DACH platinum (mP-GEM and mP-DACH Pt), respectively were synthesized by reversible addition-fragmentation chain transfer (RAFT) polymerization and subsequent chain extension by click chemistry.
