Coital cephalgia and ischaemic muscular work of the lower limbs.

Abstract

A case is reported of a patient who presented with coital cephalgia, and in whom an obstructive lesion of the lower aorta was demonstrated. Bicycle ergometry evoked an abnormal pressor response.
