In this work a multi-channel speech enhancement system is proposed for diffuse noise reduction in future binaural hearing aids. The system assumes a near-frontal target and exploits knowledge of the spatial coherence between the measurement signals to compute the noise reduction Wiener filter gains without the need for external voice-activity detection or noise estimation.
