Coffee consumption has been shown to be associated with cancer of various sites in epidemiological studies. However, there is no comprehensive overview of the substantial body of epidemiologic evidence. We searched MEDLINE, EMBASE, Science Citation Index Expanded and bibliographies of retrieved articles.
