BACKGROUND There are limited data regarding abnormal ankle brachial index (ABI) with coexistent extracranial carotid stenosis (ECS), intracranial stenosis (ICS), and nonstenotic cervical atherosclerosis (CAS) in stroke, especially in Asia.
