Topological semimetals have attracted broad interest in recent years. These exotic phases of matter include type-I/II Dirac/Weyl semimetals as well as topological nodal-line semimetals. However, it is relatively rare for a single condensed matter system to possess two or more topological semimetallic states. Here, using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and density functional theory calculations, we show that the nonmagnetic phase of monoclinic V 3 S 4 hosts both type-II Dirac…

The Dirac nodal line network in non-symmorphic rutile semimetal RuO$_2$.

We employ angle resolved photoemission spectroscopy (ARPES) to investigate the Fermi surface of RuO$_2$. We find a network of two Dirac nodal lines (DNL) as previously predicted in theory, where the

Type-II Symmetry-Protected Topological Dirac Semimetals.

The experimental discovery of an antiferromagnetic topological nodal-line semimetallic state in GdSbTe is reported using angle-resolved photoemission spectroscopy and the detailed electronic structure of the paramagnetic state is revealed.

Observation of topological surface states in the high-temperature superconductor MgB2

Most topological superconductors known to date suffer from low transition temperatures (Tc) and/or high fragility to disorder and dopant levels, which is hampering the progress in this promising
