Cloning and sequencing of cellulase cDNA from Aspergillus kawachii and its expression in Saccharomyces cerevisiae


The cDNA encoding the endo-β-1,4-glucanase (carboxymethylcellulase; CMCase-I) from Aspergillus kawachii IFO 4308 was cloned.
