The M-CSF/M-CSFR system plays a central role in the cell survival, proliferation, differentiation and maturation of the monocyte/macrophage lineage. In present study, we cloned the sequence of the M-CSFR cDNA from the orange-spotted grouper (Epinephelus coioides).
