Clonazepam in juvenile myoclonic epilepsy.


We studied the efficacy of clonazepam (CZP) in control of juvenile myoclonic epilepsy (JME) in 17 patients. CZP was very effective in controlling myoclonic jerks in all patients but did not suppress generalized tonic-clonic seizures (GTCS).
