Objective To discuss the clinical significance of total mesorectal excision(TME).Methods Sixty-five cases of rectal cancer were subjected to TME.The postoperative local recurrent rate,postoperative complication incidence and the residue of rectal mesentery tumor were analyzed.Results The local recurrent rate was 7.7% (5/65).The incidence of postoperative anastomotic leakage was 6.2%(4/65).Five patients had something trouble with urinary and lasted a short time after the operation,but no… CONTINUE READING
