Dear Sir, We read with great interest the article by Restivo et al. [1] entitled ‘Routine preoperative chest computed tomography does not influence therapeutic strategy in patients with colorectal cancer’. The authors draw the conclusion that routine chest CT does not have a critical influence on clinical practice and therapeutic decisionmaking.
