Twenty patients with disseminated favorable histology non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (16 patients) or chronic lymphocytic leukemia (four patients) who had not received previous chemotherapy were treated with recombinant leukocyte A interferon (IFL-rA) (Hoffmann-La Roche, Nutley, NJ).
