PURPOSE We evaluated the impact of varicocelectomy on intracytoplasmic sperm injection outcomes in infertile men with clinical varicocele. MATERIALS AND METHODS We studied 242 infertile men with a history of clinical varicocele who underwent intracytoplasmic sperm injection.
