Objective: In order to increase the cure rate of operation on high horseshoe anal fistula. Methods: Sixty cases were divided into two groups randomly which was done by single blind. Thirty cases in observation group were treated by incision thread-drawing, through-drainage with rubber and the contrast group was treated by multiple incision drainage.
