Macrodystrophia lipomatosa (ML) is a rare nonhereditary congenital/developmental disorder. It can manifest in limb overgrowth and disfigurement. In consequence, considerable esthetic and functional implications can develop. To overcome such problems, debulking surgery and digit amputation have been practiced. A 10-year-old child who was brought to us with enlarged upper and lower extremities and was diagnosed as a case of ML with the help of clinico-radiological studies is described and presented here because of focal gigantism involving all four limbs, which is very rare.
