OBJECTIVE To characterize the clinical pattern of psoriatic arthritis (PsA) sine psoriasis. METHODS Fifty-seven patients (31 men, 26 women, mean age 46.32 +/- 14.12 yrs) with undifferentiated spondyloarthropathy (SpA) were studied.
