Objective:To evaluate the degree of the injuries and necrosis of muscle based on serum creatine kinase (CK) values. Methods: According to AO soft tissue injury classification,45 postoperative patients with fractures/soft tissue injury were di-vided into two groups based on findings in operation. There were 30 cases in group MT 1~ 2,15 cases in group MT 3~5. Their CK values were detected within 24 hours after injury.
