OBJECTIVE Central neurocytoma (CN) is a rare central nervous system tumor the optimal management strategy of which remains controversial because of their rarity. Detailed information on CN is necessary to establish optimal management strategies. The purpose of this study was to show the clinical features, treatments, and long-term clinical outcomes of CN.
