Chronic myelomonocytic leukemia with polyneuropathy and IgA-paraprotein.


A 65-year-old woman had chronic myelomonocytic leukemia with peripheral neuropathy and IgA paraprotein with kappa type light chain. Plasma cells with "flaming" cytoplasma were seen in the bone marrow specimens.
