OBJECTIVE To describe a new treatment for vision loss caused by subretinal fluid associated with circumscribed choroidal hemangioma. METHODS Three patients were treated with photodynamic therapy using verteporfin for injection (Visudyne; QLT Phototherapeutics Inc, Vancouver, British Columbia).
