PURPOSE To analyze the choroidal alterations associated with idiopathic serous pigment epithelium detachment. METHODS Twenty-five consecutive patients affected by idiopathic serous pigment epithelium detachment underwent ophthalmoscopy, fluorescein angiography, and indocyanine green videoangiography.
