Chondrosarcoma of the mandible extending to the infratemporal fossa: report of two cases

Abstract

Chondrosarcomas of the mandible affecting the infratemporal fossa are very rare malignant tumors. In this article, two cases of chondrosarcoma invading the infratemporal fossa are presented, and clinical, histopathologic features, and therapeutic approaches are discussed, reviewing the literature.
