  • To The Editor, Chondroid lipoma (CL) is a rare, benign, adipose tissue tumor which was first described as a distinct entity by Meis and Enzinger in 1993. Since then there have been only few descriptions of its cytomorphology and differential diagnoses in published literature. The preferential sites of occurrence described in literature are the proximal extremities, limb girdles, leg, trunk, and head and neck with a predilection to occur in women in their third to fourth decade.
