The expression pattern of the CETP gene in relationship to that of LPL, adipsin, PPARgamma, C/EBPalpha, ADD1/SREBPI and actin was examined by RT-PCR during differentiation of human fibroblastic preadipocytes to adipocytes in primary culture.
