In this study, we investigated the effect of atorvastatin, an HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor and CL277082, an ACAT inhibitor, on apolipoprotein B48 synthesis, degradation and secretion in transformed human intestinal enterocytes (CaCo2 cells).
