1. Uptake of triglycerides and phosphoglycerides was demonstrated in ligated washed chick intestinal segments in situ. Mucosal uptake was observed both in the jejunum and ileum of chicks and was not accompanied by significant luminal hydrolysis of acylglycerides. 2.
