The present study was designed to evaluate the chemotherapeutic efficacy of poly (DL-lactide-co-glycolide) (PLG) nanoparticles (NP) encapsulating three front-line antitubercular drugs (ATDs: rifampicin, RIF; isoniazid, INH and pyrazinamide, PZA) at 2/3rd therapeutic dose.
