Chemical properties of Aspergillus flavus-infected soybean seeds exposed to gamma-irradiation during storage

The aim of the present study was to examine the chemical properties of Aspergillus flavus-infected soybean seeds exposed to different levels of γ-irradiation; 0, 1, 3 and 5 kGy, during storage. The results revealed that there was no effect of irradiation at different dose levels on moisture, protein, total lipids and amino acids content of the seeds for overall 60 days of storage under ambient temperature.
