The aim of the present investigation was to isolate chemical constituents and study of its biological activity from the seeds of acetone extract of Psoralea corylifolia Linn. The bio-assay guided isolation of acetone extract of seeds yielded five known compounds, γ-cadinene (1), bakuchiol (2), psoralen (3), isopsoralen (4) and psoralidin (5).
