Abstract To investigate the molecular nature of the cold responsive genes and elucidate its regulatory network, two putative bHLH transcription factors, named VvICE1a and VvICE1b , were isolated from table grape cultivar ‘Muscat Hamburg’ ( Vitis vinifera ).
