Characterization of small ampicillin resistance plasmids (Rsc) originating from the mutant antibiotic resistance factor R1drd-19B2


Four plasmids Rsc10–13 ranging in size from 5.1×106 to 13.4×106 Dalton have been isolated from a strain carrying the copy mutant R1drd-19B2 of the antibiotic resistance factor R1.
