A newly developed non-polymer coated Fe(3)O(4) nanoparticles showing well-dispersion were synthesized using Fe(II) and Fe(III) salt chemical coprecipitation with tetramethylammonium hydroxide (N(CH(3))(4)OH) in an aqueous solution.
