PURPOSE RhoA is a critical transducer of extracellular signals, which leads to organization of actin cytoskeleton, motility, adhesion and gene regulation. The present study aimed to explore whether RhoA influences the susceptibility of gastric cancer cells to chemotherapeutic drugs.
