STUDY DESIGN Retrospective case series of surgically treated patients with adult spine deformity (ASD). OBJECTIVE To report the incidence of proximal junctional failure (PJF), characterize PJF and evaluate the outcome of revision surgery for PJF. A modified classification is also proposed.
