Characteristics of ecto-ATPase ofXenopus oocytes and the inhibitory actions of suramin on ATP breakdown


Ecto-ATPase activity of Xenopus oocytes was studied by measuring the production of inorganic phosphate (Pi) from the breakdown of extracellular ATP.
