Changes in the antitumor activity of thiophosphamide (thio-tEPA) due to adrenalin in experimental conditions

Abstract

The antineoplastic activity of thiophosphamide, administered simultaneously with adrenalin was studied in rats with transplanted sarcoma 45. Thiophosphamide was administered intraperitoneally in dose of 0.5–1.0 mg/kg body weight, whereas adrenalin was given subcutaneously in 3 doses: 2 mg/kg, 1 mg/kg and 0.25 mg/kg.
