Using full-spectrum near infrared spectroscopy (fsNIRS), we measured changes in oxy- and deoxyhemoglobin (HbO2 and Hb), total hemoglobin (T-Hb) concentration, and hemoglobin oxygen saturation (SbO2) in the brain tissue of seven neonates immediately following birth.
