The purpose of this study was to determine cardiovascular beta-adrenergic responses during hypothermia. In the present study, we used isoproterenol (Iso), a nonselective, potent beta-adrenoceptor agonist, well known for its positive chronotropic and inotropic pharmacologic actions at normothermia.
