OBJECTIVES To report cerebrospinal fluid (CSF) leakage as an unusual complication following orbital or oculoplastic procedures and to describe its diagnosis and management. METHODS Retrospective case review. RESULTS Three cases of CSF leaks are described in patients following orbital or oculoplastic procedures.
