BACKGROUND We measured middle cerebral artery (MCA) flow velocity (FV), dynamic pressure autoregulation, and carbon dioxide reactivity (CRCO(2)) in patients with chronic renal failure before and after haemodialysis using transcranial Doppler ultrasonography.
